RETURNS


In an effort to meet our customers' expectations we do our best that all of our products have the same high quality and to ensure their safe delivery. Due to the nature of online shopping, however, sometimes may occur issues and if they are under the following terms and conditions, our company will refund the full price of the purchased item.


In CASES of:

A/. shipping a defective product with proven liability of sevenblossoms.com

B/. selling a wrong product

C/. purchase withdrawal


PERIOD for RETURNING and DOCUMENTS

  • Please inform us about the issue at sales@sevenblossoms.com within 7 business days from its delivery to find the best solution for you.
  • In any case the product must be returned within 14 days from its delivery to the customer together with their corresponding original purchase documents.


CHANGES - In cases A/ and B/ it is possible to change the product with another one but only after discussion with the customer and following his/her consent.


PRODUCT CONDITIONS - In case of B/ and C/ all returns must be received in the original condition as received by the customer: new, complete, without damage, in their packaging and suitable for sale.


RETURN COSTS

  • For orders within Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria - our company covers the return costs in cases A/ and B/. Return costs in case of C/ are at the expense of the customer.
  • For all the other international orders  - return and shipping costs (in case of change) are at the expense of the customer. Please feel free to contact us at sales@sevenblossoms.com to find the best solution.


PROCEDURE and PAYMENT

  • We will examine the status of the returned product accordingly to the return case and if the return is approved we will fully refund the money corresponding to the order value (product price and shipping costs) within 30 days of the receipt of the returned product.
  • Once the return has been approved, we will execute the above refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to something different.


IMPORTANT NOTE

We reserve the right to reject your refund claim if the products have not been returned in accordance with the refund policy conditions set out above.

We can proceed to refund if the returned products meet all the above conditions.

We reserve the right to remove or modify its return policy by posting the relevant new terms and conditions on our website.
