A/. Delivery within GREECE
SHIPPING CHARGES for orders up to 2kg:
shipments within Athens: with ACS Courier - € 2.30 // with ELTA Courier - € 2.50
shipments within Greece * (excluding Athens): with ACS Courier - € 2.60 // with ELTA Courier - €3.00
* 'Within Greece' includes mainland and the island destinations. For shipments to remote locations, please contact us at email@example.com or via the contact form. Shipping costs to areas considered remote will be calculated based on the courier's price-list and prior consultation and agreement with the customer.
CASH ON DELIVERY - if the customer opts for a cash payment, it will be made to the courier's agent at the moment of the delivery.
NOTE! There is an additional fixed charge of two euros and seventy cents (€ 2.70) and the Cash on Delivery option is available only within Greece.
DELIVERY TIME - the estimated time for the delivery of the order is within 1-3 business days from the day the order is processed.

For international delivery we use the services of ACS COURIER (EU Economy, Cyprus Economy and Bulgaria Express) and ELTA Hellenic Post, International Registered Mail.
After receiving a mail from us that we have shipped the order, the customer could trace it accordingly to the preferred method of shipping either on the ACS Courier tracking system, or on the ELTA Hellenic Post tracking system.

The products travel at the cost and the sole responsibility of the buyer.
The products are delivered by ACS Courier, ELTA Courier, ELTA Hellenic Post or their Partners Courier Companies worldwide, to which sevenblossoms.com provide the customer's data required to make the delivery.
In order to ship the purchased item, please note, that we need the customer's correct and accurate completion of their data. The customer is solely responsible for this. In case of returned shipments due to incorrect or inaccurate completion of the required data, we will get in contact by mail with the customer to discuss which one of the following options prefers:
- To re-ship the order after covering the new cost and clarifying the new data
- To refund the money of the purchase after deducting any possible additional shipping costs in connection to the return
